Why:
As a sponsor we support both three children and their local community. We hope to help that they and their families get better life conditions, a safer environment and not least the ability to get education and healthcare, so maybe they one day can change their destiny.
More specifically:
We support three children Dickens (6), Melda (6) and Everline (14) as well as a community contribution to their village close to Kisumu in Kenya.
Klimate
Klimate provides access to high-quality, innovative, and verifiable carbon removal solutions aligned with science. We’ve successfully helped businesses remove tonnes of CO2 from the atmosphere.

Why:
As a donor we have chosen to donate a yearly amount the approximately equals 3 x our family’s yearly CO2 consumption.
More specifically:
We have invested in a portfolio of naturebased solutions. This approach maximizes the total tonnes of CO₂ removed while supporting projects that deliver significant co-benefits, such as ecosystem restoration, biodiversity enhancement, and community well-being.
Plastic Change
Every year, approximately 11 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans.
Plastic Change is constantly working on the plastic problem with a range of different initiatives. The aim is to change how we in society use plastic, so that we both can use the earth's resources in the best way, and at the same time prevent plastic from ending up as waste and pollution in our oceans.

Because it is important to protect our oceans, our unique marine life and not least all human being living by the sea. The increase in plastic is dramatic and a solution is needed.
